1. Scope of Services

  • Service Delivery: AFS Stickering provides professional adhesive film application, architectural glass films, and custom LED signage manufacturing.

  • Standards: All applications are performed to our "Zero Bubble Tech" standard to ensure a flawless, paint-like finish.

  • Project Specifics: Detailed service scopes for individual projects, such as wall graphics or retail branding, will be outlined in specific project proposals or contracts.

2. Quotations and Payments

  • Quotations: All quotes provided via our contact lines (+91 90364 78876 or +91 97399 28143) or email (contact@affstickering.com) are valid for the period specified in the quote.

  • Service Fees: Clients agree to pay the fees as specified in the agreed-upon project contract or invoice.

  • Taxes: Applicable taxes, including GST, will be added to the service cost as per government regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Surface Preparation: For architectural and wall stickering, the client is responsible for ensuring surfaces are clean, dry, and ready for application unless otherwise specified in the contract.

  • Approvals: Clients must provide final approval for custom designs and signage proofs before manufacturing begins.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • Workmanship: We provide a 13-year legacy of industry excellence and stand by the quality of our professional application.

  • Material Durability: Warranty on material life (fading, peeling, etc.) is subject to the specific manufacturer's warranty for the adhesive film used.

  • Limitations: AFS Stickering is not liable for damage caused by improper maintenance, third-party tampering, or extreme environmental conditions post-installation.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Brand Assets: Any branding materials, logos, or designs provided by the client remain the property of the client.

  • Work Samples: AFS Stickering reserves the right to photograph and display completed projects on our website and marketing materials as examples of our work, unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Manufacturing: For custom-manufactured LED and glow sign boards, cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.

  • Service Appointments: Cancellation of on-site application appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
